Creating Futures Ltd is one of the largest charity organisations based in Sussex with over 120 staff providing education and employment services throughout the county. We have been operating since 1934.

Creating Futures Ltd is active in Sussex, Kent, Surrey, Hampshire and Isle of Wight providing pathways to education and employment, holding key contracts with DWP via prime contractors, Learning and Skills Council, the Probation Service and The Prince's Trust. Projects that Creating Futures run, either independently or in partnership, include The Prince's Trust Volunteers; Millennium Volunteers, New Deal, Connexions, Entry to Employment, The Probation Service, Education and Training Projects.

"Twelve years ago, when called Youth Clubs Sussex Ltd , a hugely successful local fundraising drive bought Tim Jones House for our offices. Then we had three staff and worked in Hove.  Now we work in 35 locations in the South east, support 3,000 people a year, and do so through our 100 skilled and committed staff.
